European Union (EU) — All 27 Member States
We ship to all EU countries. Shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping — £12.99 (orders under £100)
- Standard Shipping — £10.00 (orders £100 and over)
- Express Shipping — £14.99
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days from dispatch. Please allow 3–7 business days for order fulfilment before dispatch.
EU customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are outside GT4L's control.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. GT4L exceeds this requirement — we offer a full 30-day return window for all customers.
